Camila Mendes’ character might be dating KJ Apa’s character on Riverdale, but her love life doesn’t end on the small screen. The 24-year-old actress has allegedly been dating a guy named Victor Houston for two months now, and their journey to romance is actually really cute. Victor and Camila went to high schools right next to each other in Florida and they recently reconnected in New York City and the rest is history.

Cami first tipped fans off to her relationship in early June when she posted a picture of Victor and another man kissing her cheek on Instagram with the caption QUOTE “Call me Archie Andrews.”

Over the weekend, Victor basically confirmed their romance by posting a picture with the actress in Montauk, New York and writing QUOTE “Happy birthday beautiful.”

He shared another cute photo and simply said QUOTE “baby”

A source who saw Camila and Victor at a restaurant in Los Angeles last weekend revealed that it was pretty clear they’re more than just friends. The insider tells E! News QUOTE “They clearly looked like a couple and didn’t leave each other’s side for the hour they were there. They were showing a lot of PDA and were being very lovey dovey.

Riverdale, Season 3 just started filming, which means Camila is spending most of her time on set in Vancouver. The distance is obviously tough, but she reportedly QUOTE “has been making an effort to see [Victor] in between shooting.”

Camila and Victor are super cute and look so happy together — maybe they’ll be able to double date with Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart? Do you ship this new couple? Tell us you thoughts in the comments below. I’m your host Renee Ariel, and thanks for watching Clevver!
