Azealia Banks has been working towards releasing her upcoming album Fantasea II, but not anymore! In a series of deleted Instagram story posts she wrote QUOTE, “Album is cancelled. I’ll release new music when I feel like it.”

This comes days after she shared her negative experience filming the MTV show Wild ‘N Out. Over the weekend Azealia shared an Instagram post detailing her mistreatment on the show. She claims she was set up and was only told she would be performing a song, not that she would be a part of the infamous rap battle. According to her, the rest of the cast was prepared to diss her and their raps were filled with QUOTE, “tons of pre-planned colorist jokes”

People in the audience that day took to twitter to further explain what happened. One person said QUOTE, “I was there yesterday . She was crying real tears. DCYOUNGFLY said she had braces but her mouth is still fucked up. He also said Nick Cannon couldn’t get Cardi on the show so he had to settle for Azealia Banks uglyass. They had to stop recording for a hour so she could calm down”

And a cast member of the show Emmanuel Hudson posted his side of the events on Insta saying QUOTE, “Literally there were two jokes made about her and they weren’t even bad. It was a cardi b reference and she was called ugly! That’s it! She tried to joke back it didn’t work and the producers stopped the game cuz they knew she was headed for the deep fry! she performed a song but the moment was ruined so WE AS THE CAST STARTED PRETENDING TO BE MODELS AS SHE WAS PERFORMING AND SAVED HER FROM FURTHER EMBARRASSMENT! The end! She wasn’t ambushed or tricked, she was just bitter and a weak special guest!”

Regardless of what went down, it’s clear she didn’t know what her appearance on the show was going to be and wasn’t prepared for a rap battle. Maybe her agent didn’t tell her what was going on, or maybe the Wild ‘N Out team didn’t? Who knows!

But when she took to her Instagram story to rant about things, it got a liiiittle out of hand. She talked about Nick Cannon’s medical history saying QUOTE, “If I were to make fun of nick cannon for having lupus and being weak and sickly……. if i made a joke that said he’d be dead by the end of the year….. then Azealia Banks is the bad guy… right?”

In response, Nick screengrabbed the story, posted it on instagram with the caption, “Don’t you hate when you create your own storms without an umbrella? We are praying for you Queen .. She wildnout for real #karma.”

And not only did she come for Nick, but talk show host Wendy Williams, too! Wendy included Azealia in a segment on her show where she listed off every person Azealia had been in a public feud with as their names scrolled by on a screen behind her. This prompted Azealia to post on her IG story QUOTE, “Omg can Wendy Williams have another stroke on TV and finally drop dead? I would love to see her die on air.”

Wow…. that’s taking things too far to say the least, but we want to hear from you? What did you think of her comments to Nick and Wendy? Are you disappointed this whole thing caused her to cancel the album? Let us know in the comments below!
