Yesterday we got you hyped for Ariana’s latest collaboration with Nicki Minaj, “The Light Is Coming”. Today we’ve got more of that new new in the form of a song called “Get Well Soon”. PopCrave recently shared this snippet of a song that Ari snuck on Instagram New Year’s Eve, when we weren’t looking.

We don’t get many lyrics in this tiny teaser but the HMMMMs are enough to hold us over. And we’re convinced that Ariana’s voice was sent to us straight from heaven. But if you didn’t quite catch it- the one line she does sing here is “You can feel it, feel it”. In a Twitter Q&A yesterday Ariana responded to a fan who asked her “Get Well Soon” is about. Ari revealed it’s about her health struggles last year revealing QUOTE, “isss ab my anxiety. I felt like i was floating for like 3 months last year & not in a nice way. Like i outside my body? Was v scary and I couldn’t breathe well. So it’s ab that. & lots of voices in my head singing. I hope it comforts ppl who hear it pls.” We love that Ariana was able to channel those feelings into a gorgeous new track. But she wasn’t done there. In her Twitter chat with fans Ariana also revealed that Sweetener will have 3 collabs total, and 15 new songs. Ariana also talked about her album title. This description is just perfect: “I know some people don’t understand it yet but the body of work feels like sweetener. Like warm yummy agave. And clouds. W a little bit of crying and sex on the side? I gtg.” It’s safe to say Ari is COMING for us. No word on the exact release date for her new album just yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you guys updated!
