New & Upcoming

Ariana Grande has dropped the third single off her upcoming album “Sweetener” a week early. “God Is A Woman” graced our favorite streaming sites late last night, which sees Ariana play with her signature falsetto across different flows and entrancing beats. The sultry pop song came with a lyric video set to clouds and cosmos, toying with the idea of spirituality and the universe.

And we’re sweating. Ariana Grande singing about sexual innuendos is nothing new, but this song is on a whole new level. Ariana is able to sing about what it’s like to sleep with her without making any of the lyrics blatantly explicit. Ariana suggests that if you ever have the chance to meet her after midnight, you will believe that God is a woman. This, my friends, is what we call a sexual empowerment anthem. And we may have a new Song of the Summer on our hands.

Is she seductively rapping here? We gotta say, this is one vocal acrobatic show Ariana has put on here. We love that “God Is A Woman” is so different than her other “Sweetener” singles so far. Ari confirmed the true meaning of this sensual track is QUOTE, “sexual female empowerment & how women are literally everything & the universe is inside of us.” We’ll get more where this came from on August 17th when “Sweetener” drops. Do you guys think Ari’s mature pop anthem is going to be the Song of the Summer? Tell us what your reaction to “God Is A Woman” below! Thanks so much for watching, and don’t forget to click here for another new video. I’m your host Renee Shafii, see ya next time.
